Service Description

Book and pay online by debit or credit card for your first no obligation therapy session with Jo. You'll be emailed a short online form to complete before attending the appointment. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your therapy needs and questions with Jo and explore how online therapy might be of help for you. You can decide to continue on an open ended basis, fix a set number of sessions or simply have the session as a stand alone consultation. No referral required but please note this service is not suitable for clients experiencing an acute mental health crisis.
